机遇总是可遇而不可求，一个足以改变我人生轨迹的邂逅——在英国一年的硕士留学——已匆匆结束，留下的却有数万张珍贵的照片，构成永恒的记忆。一年的学习，相机始终伴随着我，在紧张枯燥的复习和备考中，在前途未卜的培训和复选中，在欣喜若狂的整装和出发中，在扑朔迷离的进校和适应中，在酬躇满志的考试和作业中，在历尽艰辛的调研和论文中，在心高气盛的庆功和典礼中，在悠闲自得的自驾和旅途中……摄影给了我坚持下去的力量，也成为我不知疲惫连续远足的最好的藉口。

摄影为我旅英学习积累了一份丰厚的收益，回国几个月了，照片仍在整理中。计划再发几个主题的组照。1.  University of Worcester (UW) 伍斯特大学

Worcester is the capital of Worcestershire. It’s always been described as being “In the centre of England, at the heart of one of the most beautiful parts of the country”. Surrounded by glorious landscapes and charming, historic towns and villages, the city has a rich history of culture, architecture and events of international importance.

In my opinion, the most important thing about Worcester is Worcester Cathedral. Not only does it appear on £20 note, but also the Cathedral is the centre of Worcester politics and culture. It is only when a city has a Cathedral that it can be called a city. Otherwise it is a town, no matter how large it is.

The city has a wealth of fascinating, beautiful and exciting places to visit, from the majestic cathedral on the banks of the Severn to Royal Worcester Porcelain’s Museum and Visitor Centre and the remarkable medieval interiors of the city centre’s Greyfriars. Just beyond the city are more delightful places, from the glorious hills and natural springs at Malvern to Elgar’s Birthplace Museum, the magnificent landscapes at Croome Park and the romantic ruin of Whitley Court.

伍斯特市是伍斯特省的省会，虽然它并不大，却被形容为“英格兰的心脏，英国最漂亮的地方之一。”※※、文化和古建筑都源远流长的伍斯特市，漂亮的风景一直延伸到周边的乡村，是一座国际化的城市。

The UK is a highly developed country with the fifth largest economy in the world and second largest in Europe.

苏格兰 Scotland

Scotland is a nation in northwest Europe and one of the four constituent countries of the United Kingdom. It occupies the northern third of the island of Great Britain and shares a land border to the south with England. Scotland is about 78,772 km² (30,414 square miles). The population is about 5,116,900 in 2005. It is bounded by the North Sea to the east, the Atlantic Ocean to the north and west, and the North Channel and Irish Sea to the southwest. Apart from the mainland, Scotland consists of over 790 islands.

Edinburgh, the country's capital and second largest city, is one of Europe's largest financial centres. Scotland's largest city is Glasgow, which is the centre of the Greater Glasgow conurbation. Greater Glasgow is home to approximately 41% of Scotland's population. Scottish waters consist of a large sector of the North Atlantic and the North Sea, containing the largest oil reserves in the European Union.

The Kingdom of Scotland was an independent state until 1 May 1707, when the Acts of Union, despite widespread protest across Scotland, resulted in a union with the Kingdom of England to create the Kingdom of Great Britain. Scotland's legal system continues to be separate from those of England, Wales, and Northern Ireland; and Scotland still constitutes a discrete jurisdiction in public and in private law. The continued independence of Scots law, the Scottish education system, and the Church of Scotland have all contributed to the continuation of Scottish culture and Scottish national identity since the Union. However, Scotland is no longer a separate sovereign state and does not have independent membership of either the United Nations or the European Union.

位于北欧的苏格兰是英联邦四个成员国之一，它占据了大不列颠岛的三分之一的地盘，与南部的英格兰相接壤。苏格兰面积78772平方公里（30414平方英里），人口在2005年统计为5116900人。苏格兰东部是北海，北部和西部是大西洋，西南则通过爱尔兰海和海峡与爱尔兰遥相对望。苏格兰是多岛屿国家，据统计有790个岛屿之多。

苏格兰的第二大城市爱丁堡是其首都，也是欧洲最大的金融中心之一。苏格兰最大的城市是格拉斯哥，这个由多个卫星城组成的大城市，竟然居住了苏格兰41％的人口。苏格兰海域包含了北大西洋和北海的大部分面积，占据了欧盟最多的石油资源。

苏格兰王国于1707年独立，当时联盟的法案也是遭到很多的抵触，但最终苏格兰还是与英格兰结成了大不列颠王国。苏格兰的立法系统与英格兰、威尔士、北爱尔兰均保持独立。虽然加入了联盟，但是苏格兰相对独立的法律系统、苏格兰的教育体系和苏格兰式的教堂，这一切特色都散发出了鲜活的文化魅力。Attention please: The Xitek is the largest photo-website in China.
